GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

Graduation requirements are not expected to change for the coming 2007-08 school year for graduating seniors.  However, that is always a possibility.  Alva High School strives to get this information to students and parents in a timely manner. In addition, credits toward graduation are evaluated each semester or upon request, whichever comes first.  Students will update their portfolios in the fall. It is always a good idea to write a four-year graduation plan.  These may be updated as opportunities change or students' interests change.  They are available in OKCIS.  Check with the counselor if you have forgotten your username or password.

The AHS course descriptions are now available at the Alva Schools web site.  These are descriptions of courses which are offered to the students during each school year; however, courses may not be in the schedule.  This may be because there was not enough interest in the course during pre-enrollment or because the school was unable to offer the course.
