RESUME EXAMPLE
Many applications including scholarships ask for the same or similar
information. One way to save time when completing applications is to
compile an Honor Resume which can be revised throughout the high school
career. This resume may be printed and attached to the scholarship
application. Example:
List Your Honors, Prizes, and Awards :
See attached resume under Honors, Prizes,
Scholarships, and Awards
Most community-generated scholarship committees will accept this format.
One may use this for applications for National Honor Society, Sophomore of
the Year, Boys State, Girls State, and many other types of applications which
are applicable for grades 9-12. Always check the application and then
review your resume to make sure the topics reflect the information for which the
committee is seeking. If there is a doubt, ask the counselor for
advice. Taking a little time with this will save many hours later.
For reference, here is an example of one way to complete this
document.
